  1. Air Fry the Eggs: Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (or 275°F) for 2-3 minutes. Place the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. Cook the eggs for 15-16 minutes if you want hard-boiled eggs, or 12-13 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
  2. Add to Ice Bath: While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and then adding cold water until the bowl is about three-quarters full. Once the eggs finish cooking, immediately place them into the ice bath to halt the cooking process and cool them for 5-10 minutes until they are cool to the touch.
  3. Peel the Eggs: To peel, gently tap the rounded bottom end of the egg on a hard surface and roll it carefully to crack the shell all over without breaking the egg inside. Start peeling at the rounded end where the air pocket is. If peeling proves difficult, rinse the egg under cold running water to help release the shell from the membrane. Repeat with remaining eggs.
