Description

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the apple layer:

  • 2 cups peeled and finely chopped apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

For the streusel topping:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (cold and cubed)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Toss apples with sugar and spices, spread over cheesecake.
  5. Make streusel topping, sprinkle over apples. Bake.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate before slicing.
