Broccoli Mixture:

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
For Coating:
- Extra breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing or spraying)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Form Balls: Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Optionally, coat each ball in extra breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Place the balls on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and firm.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
