  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Sear Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, sear beef until browned, then set aside.
  4. Stir-Fry: In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli until tender-crisp, add garlic, return beef, cooked noodles, and sauce. Toss everything together and cook until heated through.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

  • You can use frozen broccoli if fresh isn’t available.
