- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- Add sauces: Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes to coat everything evenly.
- Serve: Serve the beef and pepper mixture over warm cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or thinly sliced steak.
- Brown rice or cauliflower rice can be used for a lighter option.
