Description

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Garlic Parmesan Rice:

  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 2¼ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, cook the chicken in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Rice: In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add rice and cook. Pour in chicken broth, simmer until rice is tender.
  4. Finish the Dish: Stir in Parmesan, return chicken to skillet, let rest, then serve garnished with parsley.
