Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
  • powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll and Fill: Roll out the puff pastry, spread the chocolate hazelnut spread, sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  3. Roll and Slice: Roll the pastry, slice into pieces, place on the baking sheet.
