- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll and Fill: Roll out the puff pastry, spread the chocolate hazelnut spread, sprinkle with hazelnuts.
- Roll and Slice: Roll the pastry, slice into pieces, place on the baking sheet.
- Egg Wash and Bake: Brush with egg wash, bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Finish and Serve: Dust with powdered sugar, serve warm or at room temperature.
