Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

Seasoning:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the seasoning: Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat the baking sheet: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto a baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  4. Season the potatoes: Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture on the oiled surface, then place halved potatoes cut-side down on top.
  5. Bake: Drizzle remaining olive oil over the potatoes and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
