- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
Seasoning:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the seasoning: Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the baking sheet: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil onto a baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
- Season the potatoes: Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture on the oiled surface, then place halved potatoes cut-side down on top.
- Bake: Drizzle remaining olive oil over the potatoes and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Yukon Gold or red potatoes are recommended.
