- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Garnish:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roast Cauliflower: Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
- Prepare Hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, roasted cauliflower, and olive oil until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: Add water gradually for desired texture.
- Season and Serve: Adjust seasoning, transfer to a bowl, garnish with oil, paprika, and roasted cauliflower. Serve with pita or veggies.
