Instructions

  2. Roast Cauliflower: Toss cauliflower with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Prepare Hummus: Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, roasted cauliflower, and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Adjust Consistency: Add water gradually for desired texture.
  5. Season and Serve: Adjust seasoning, transfer to a bowl, garnish with oil, paprika, and roasted cauliflower. Serve with pita or veggies.
