  • 1 large English cucumber

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Additional:

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions

  1. Slice Cucumber: Slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds and lay them flat on a serving platter.
