- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Paprika for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Slice Cucumber: Slice the cucumber into 1/2-inch thick rounds and lay them flat on a serving platter.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble: Spoon or pipe a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice. Top each with one cooked shrimp, pressing lightly so it stays in place.
- Garnish and Chill: Sprinkle with extra dill and a pinch of paprika if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
