Description

These Decadent Chocolate S’mores Clusters are a delightful no-bake treat combining semi-sweet chocolate, mini marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and optional almonds. Perfectly sweet with a crunchy texture, they are easy to make in just 20 minutes and chill time, making them ideal for quick dessert cravings or party snacks.

Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Mixture

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • Pinch of salt

Add-ins

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup broken graham crackers (about 4 sheets)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds (optional)

Optional Toppings

  • Sea salt flakes
  • Extra mini marshmallows
  • Crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to ensure the clusters don’t stick once set.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted smoothly.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Let the melted chocolate cool slightly then add miniature marshmallows, broken graham crackers, and chopped almonds if using. Stir gently until all pieces are evenly coated with chocolate.
  4. Form Clusters: Using a spoon or small scoop, drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet spaced apart to avoid sticking.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the clusters’ tops with optional sea salt flakes, extra mini marshmallows, or crushed graham crackers to enhance flavor and texture.
  6. Chill: Place the baking sheet into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are fully set and firm.
  7. Store: Once set, remove clusters from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

  • For a nut-free version, omit the chopped almonds.
  • You can substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips with dark or milk chocolate depending on your preference.
  • Ensure the chocolate cools slightly before mixing in the marshmallows to prevent melting them completely.
  • Clusters can also be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days but keep in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
  • Feel free to add other mix-ins such as dried fruit or pretzel pieces for extra flavor.
