Instructions
- Caramelize the Onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook onions until golden, add sugar and balsamic vinegar, and cook until caramelized. Let cool.
- Prepare the Sausage Filling: Combine sausage, mustard, thyme, pepper, and cooled onions in a bowl. Mix well.
