  • 1 cup buttermilk (or 2 eggs, beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

For Serving:

  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Extra grated Parmesan, for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the Ravioli: Boil ravioli for 1–2 minutes until slightly tender; drain and dry.

  3. Fry Ravioli: Heat oil to 350°F, fry ravioli until golden brown.
