Main Cookie Dough:
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Coconut-Pecan Topping:
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Cookie Dough: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix condensed milk, coconut, and pecans.
- Shape and Bake: Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, flatten, make an indentation, and top with coconut-pecan mixture. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
