Instructions
- Cook pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and rinse under cold water to cool the pasta and stop the cooking process.
- Mix salad ingredients: In a very large salad bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced or crumbled feta cheese, chopped roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced yellow pepper, sliced black olives, finely chopped red onion, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
