Whipped Cream Topping:

Instructions
- Prepare the Custard: In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk, cook until thickened, then temper egg yolks and add to the mixture. Cook until thick, then stir in butter and vanilla. Let cool slightly.
