- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the glaze: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the ingredients: Add the sliced sausage and halved potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat everything evenly.
