Description

Cool off with this refreshing Kiwi Lemonade, a perfect blend of tangy lemons and sweet kiwis. This easy-to-make drink is ideal for hot summer days or as a delightful party beverage.

Kiwi Lemonade:

  • 4 ripe kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 34 lemons)
  • 1/3 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Kiwi slices and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, lemon juice, and honey or sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp, if desired.
  3. Add cold water and stir well to combine.
  4. Add ice and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with kiwi slices or lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • For a fizzy twist, replace 1 cup of water with sparkling water just before serving.
