Description

This refreshing Mango Peach Smoothie Bowl is a delicious and nutritious treat perfect for breakfast or a snack. Blended to a soft serve ice cream consistency with frozen bananas, mangoes, and peaches, combined with coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, this smoothie bowl is naturally sweet and creamy. Customize with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or granola for added texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 banana, quartered and frozen
  • 1 ½ cups mango & peaches, frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the frozen banana quarters, frozen mango and peaches, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients combine smoothly. Blend until the mixture reaches a soft serve ice cream consistency.
  2. Serve and Top: Pour the creamy smoothie into a bowl. Add your preferred toppings such as sliced fresh fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, or granola to enhance texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit to achieve the perfect thick, creamy texture.
  • You can substitute coconut milk with almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to taste.
  • Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or a refreshing snack.
  • For an added protein boost, consider adding a scoop of protein powder or Greek yogurt (if not vegan).
