Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 10 Oreo cookies (chopped)
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Extra crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make Crust: Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, press into pan, and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, sour cream, and chopped Oreos.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour filling over crust, bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Slice into squares, garnish with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
