Fresh Mint Mojito Base:
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
Mojito Mix:
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 1 ounce club soda
- Crushed ice
- Optional: pineapple wedges and fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the Mint: In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar together until the mint is bruised and the lime releases its juice.
- Add Ingredients: Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the white rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Stir well to mix all the flavors.
- Top with Soda: Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add extra pineapple juice and club soda.
