Description

Fresh Mint Mojito Base:

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)

Mojito Mix:

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • Crushed ice
  • Optional: pineapple wedges and fresh mint sprigs for garnish


Instructions

  1. Muddle the Mint: In a tall glass, muddle the mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar together until the mint is bruised and the lime releases its juice.
  2. Add Ingredients: Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the white rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Stir well to mix all the flavors.
  3. Top with Soda: Top with club soda and give it a gentle stir.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add extra pineapple juice and club soda.
