- Prepare the base crackers: Place 20 Ritz crackers top side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, arranging them evenly to prepare for the Rolo candies.
- Add the Rolo candies: Place one Rolo candy in the center of each cracker, making sure they are well positioned to melt evenly.
- Melt the Rolos in the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the Rolo candies just start to melt but do not fully liquefy.
- Top with remaining crackers: Remove the cookie sheet from the oven carefully. Immediately place the other 20 Ritz crackers on top of the melted Rolo candies, pressing gently but firmly to sandwich them together.
- Let the crackers set: Allow the assembled crackers to stand for 5 minutes at room temperature so the melting Rolo candies cool and bind the crackers together.
