Serving:
- 8 slices thick sandwich bread
- 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes
Gravy Thickening:
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Season and Cook Beef: Season the beef chuck roast, place in the slow cooker, add onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred Beef: Remove cooked beef, shred it, and set aside.
