Beef Bites:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Add beef and potatoes to the slow cooker. Pour the garlic butter mixture over them and stir to coat evenly. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are fork-tender.
- Serve: Stir gently before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
