Instructions
- Sear the Roast: If desired, season the roast with salt and pepper and sear it in a hot skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side to enhance flavor.
- Prepare the Mix: In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, Italian dressing mix, brown gravy mix, and water until smooth.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the mixture over it. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours, until the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Serve: Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or over egg noodles.
