Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Other:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 green onions, sliced (separate white and green parts)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and rinse. Toss with sesame oil.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix soy sauces, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
