Lemonade:

- 3 cups cold sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and extra raspberries for garnish
- Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Fresh Raspberry Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, honey, and 1 cup of still water. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until syrupy. Strain through sieve into a pitcher.
- Mix Lemonade: Stir in fresh lemon juice to raspberry syrup. Just before serving, add sparkling water and mix gently.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour in lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices, raspberries, and mint. Serve immediately.
