Instructions
- Mix Ginger Ale and Syrup: Begin by combining the ginger ale and white chocolate syrup in a separate container. Stir gently to mix well and set aside this mixture for layering.
- Add Luster Powder to Glass: Sprinkle the pink edible luster powder into the bottom of a 10.5-ounce glass, creating a shimmering base for your cocktail.
- Pour Mixture into Glass: Pour the prepared ginger ale and white chocolate syrup mixture carefully into the glass over the luster powder. Stir gently to blend the shimmer evenly through the pink layer.
- Layer Bailey’s Liqueur: Using a drink layering tool, slowly pour 1/3 cup of Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream over the back of a spoon or the layering tool so it trickles down and settles gently on top of the pink shimmer layer, creating a distinct separation.
