Description

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix batter: In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a thick batter forms. Add white chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Bake: Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  4. Cool and glaze: Let brownies cool, then mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl to make a glaze. Drizzle over brownies and allow to set before slicing.
