Description

A refreshing Strawberry Mojito combining fresh strawberries and mint with the classic mojito elements of rum and club soda to create a delicious, fruity cocktail perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries (about 2 large strawberries)
  • 4 large fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • Club soda (enough to fill the glass)

Instructions

  1. Muddle Ingredients: Place the sliced strawberries, fresh mint leaves, white rum, and granulated sugar into a highball glass. Use a muddler to gently crush the ingredients together until the strawberries release their juices and the sugar dissolves, approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Add Club Soda and Garnish: Fill the glass with club soda to the desired level and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a sliced strawberry on the rim of the glass.
  3. Serve: Enjoy the Strawberry Mojito immediately while it is cool and refreshing.

Notes

  • Adjust sugar to your taste preference for sweetness.
  • Use fresh mint leaves for the best flavor.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and increase club soda or replace with sparkling water.
  • For extra chill, add ice cubes before topping with club soda.
