  • 1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Sear Chicken: Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet. Remove from heat.
