- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare Skillet: Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a 10-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan, coating the bottom and sides well.
- Place Dough: Press the pizza dough into the pan, letting it rest for 10–15 minutes to rise slightly.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dough. Spread pizza sauce, vegan mozzarella, green olives, and mushrooms evenly on top. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Cool slightly, garnish with basil if desired, slice, and serve hot.
