- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- Mix the Burger Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Assemble Burgers: Toast buns, if desired. Add patties and toppings of choice. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use pepper jack or mozzarella instead of white cheddar.
- Grill the burgers by oiling the grates.
